Location

We would like to invite you to our hotel "Black Cat". The quiet and peaceful hotel is placed near two main Warsaw's communication tracks. Near the hotel are swimming pools, fitness club, aerobic etc.
In the neighbourhood there is the biggest European Trade Center "Arkadia" (150m).
It is easy to get here from the airport (8km) and the railway station (3km). Near the hotel there is underground (1 km), tramway (15m), bus stop (50m). Our hotel is placed perfectly in the city centre, near Umschlogplatz (it used to be a Warsaw's ghetto). There are only 2 min on foot to the oldest cemetery in Warsaw, Powązki. You can also take a walk to the Old City. The hotel "Black Cat" will surprise you with its original decoration and the equipment.

Accommodation

There are 25 single- and double- high-standard rooms. Each room is unique, there are no two rooms that look the same. There is a bathroom in each room with heated floor, soundproof windows, satellite TV, all the rooms have the access to the Internet (without additional payment!).
For special request we offer also Video system, hairdryer and telephone.
Check-in time from 14 hrs, check-out to 12 noon.

Room Service, Business Centre, near the receptions desk there is a place with a computer and the access to the Internet, billiard, laundry, shoe-cleaning service, safe without additional payment, car park with a guard (100m from the hotel for an additional payment), the biggest mirror gallery in Warsaw

Dining

“Restauracja Kolumnowa” recommends Polish and European meals. We invite you to the Drink Bar, which is opened since 7.00 am till 11.00 pm or our last guest.

Meeting

The part for conferences consists of 5 halls, equipped with a high-standard technical devices and the access to the Internet. There are soundproof windows in every hall. The biggest hall is 160m2 big and it can place about 200 people or 150 during the solemn supper or wedding. In the case of joined halls there can be about 500 people. We have a professional staff that will take care of every single detail.

Reliability and friendliness of hotel staffs ought to be reviewed. I\'ve had a bad experience on my final day in Czarny Kot due to some unreliable information provided by the hotel staff. One of the reception staff previously on duty had agreed and promised me for my late check-out on the final day, however, I was unprepared as I was given very short notice at 1pm that I should leave the room in 15 mins at 1.15pm, long before the requested late checked-out time. The worst thing was that my luggage was not packed yet and I had to get everything ready in a rush. In addition, I feel that there wasn\'t much privacy given as the housekeepers would just open the door without knocking assuming that nobody was in the room. My one week stay would have been a lot more pleasant if this had not happened. I would really appreciate that the management would review the situation and take some necessary actions to improve the situation.
