The Hetman was a great experience. The staff were kind and friendly and the room was lovely. However, there is ongoing roadwork nearby which meant that it took over an hour to get to the other side of Warsaw. Not pleasant during rush hour but certainly nothing for which the hotel itself was responsible. I would certainly reccomend the Hetman once all the road work is completed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hetman Hotel & would recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw.
The reception and restaurant staff were not overly friendly, but perhaps this is the Polish way. It did not spoil our holiday & we enjoyed our stay.
Very welcoming, clean and professional with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to provide a first class service.

1st rate service provided by friendly and helpfull staff. Room was large and very comfortable. Reception was excellent and helpfull with a good resteraunt and room sevice. On future visits to Warsaw I would definately use the Hetman. My thanks to the staff.

This is an excellent hotel, very clean and well services. Unbelievable value for money. Very good location, too. Well serviced with public transport and close to the Old Town.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the Hetman. I would recommend this hotel to others. Good value.
